All items returned must be in the manufacturer’s original package and include all parts, pieces, and instruction manuals. We cannot accept items that have been installed, or have been attempted to be installed, and/or if the items have been damaged by a contractor. Items such as whirlpool tubs or custom-made items are non-returnable. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
General Return Policies
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee unless an item is defective.
- If an item is missing parts, the parts will be exchanged or replaced.
- If you are shipped an incorrect item(s), please phone us so that we can correct this mistake. We will not charge you any additional costs.
- All returns/exchanges must exceed $20.
- All returns requests must be made within 7 days of purchasing the item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Please allow several days for us to receive and examine the returned merchandise.
- Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number, or you may receive a refund check in the mail.

Other Policies
- Backorder Policy: If you place an order online, by phone, or by fax and that order is on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail or phone to see if you want to continue with the sell.
- Delivery Policy: We make every effort to ship each order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.
- Special Order Policy: Products that are special ordered cannot be canceled or returned.
- Cancellation Policy: An order cannot be canceled once it is in the shipping process. It will have to be returned and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. If an order is canceled before the shipping process, a service fee may apply.
- Restocking Fee: Returns of items carry a minimum 25% restocking fee.
